Cancellations

Cancellations Impact Many.

• Cancellations less than 24hours or Same Day will be charged 100% of the service.

• No Shows will be charged 100% of service.

• Same day reschedules will be charged a fee.

• If the card is declined for cancellations and rescheduling, you will be invoiced. The invoice must be paid before you can book another appointment.

 

It is unfortunate that we had to change our policy, but the policy had to change due to increased cancellations without payment. Day Spa of Oviedo has a Service Provider reserved for your appointment time. The no shows and cancellations has a direct impact on the Service Provider.

Late Arrivals
We understand late arrivals do occur. We will do our best to accommodate and give you as much time as we can. Depending on that day's service schedule, your time could be reduced. 
 
All appointments require a credit card to reserve your service. Our booking software requires it.
You may pay cash, or a Day Spa of Oviedo gift card at checkout.​
