Cancellations

Cancellations Impact Many.
Day Spa of Oviedo requires a 24 hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled service(s). Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of his/her scheduled appointment will be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee per service reserved. We have reserved a service provider for you. This policy will be enforced if you do not show up for the appointment or try to cancel in less than 24 hours. Please respect the scheduled appointment time as the service provider is paid based on the service price. 

Late Arrivals
We understand late arrivals do occur. We will do our best to accommodate and give you as much time as we can. Depending on that day's service schedule, your time could be reduced. 
 
All appointments require a credit card to reserve your service. Our booking software requires it.
You may pay cash, or a Day Spa of Oviedo gift card at checkout.​
