New to Spa Services?
Here is what to Expect

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to fill in the intake form.

  • The service provider will talk with you in-room, then leave for you to undress.

  • You will undress to your comfort level and get under the sheet.

  • The only area exposed will be the area being worked on.

  • The service provider will go to great lengths to make sure you are comfortable, but please speak up if pressure needs to be adjusted or you are uncomfortable in any way.

  • After the service, take your time getting up - but remember another client may be after you.

  • After your service, the therapist will be waiting for you outside the door with water.

  • Drink lots of water the rest of the day. See post care tab.

  • Gratuity is always appreciated and not included in the service price. Gratuity can be left in the room or completed at checkout - 100% of gratuity goes to the service provider.

  • Please keep cell phones on silent in the spa at all times. It is time to relax.

Note - for youth services the parent must remain in the room.

Your safety and wellness are of great concern to us. If you are pregnant, have heart or circulatory problems, or have diabetes, please avoid all heat treatments and body wraps.
