Post-Care Massage and Body Treatments
Drink lots of water the rest of the day.
Water will help the kidneys and other organs process the various substances that move through the body after a massage. It is common that toxins are released during the course of a professional massage and water can assist in flushing them out to ensure you feel fantastic.
Water makes up about 60% of your body and needs regular replenishment. Failure to do so may result in flu-like symptoms.

Post-Care Facial
After a facial, be gentle with your skin. Be sure to wear sunscreen, hydrate and moisturize.
Be careful not to over exfoliate - this includes products with retinols, at-home peels, and cleansers and toners with salicylic acid. These products can turn that fresh post-facial radiance into redness. Avoid exfoliating for 7 days after any type of facial. Also, drink water to hydrate the skin.
